Martinez, Franklin

Frank Martinez is a criminal investigator for the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs. He has more than 20 years of law enforcement experience as a police officer, investigator and sergeant.

As an NLETC National Trainer, he has provided training in NLETC courses since 1992. He has done extensive traning for agencies in South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming and Montana. He has also provided Monadnock training since 1986.
